Order On Key Dates:

All information and photo on the website is exclusive to the TFK Flower Shop’s product copyright.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Same Day Delivery:
If you order before 14:00, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day.

If No One is Home:
If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the florist in a safe place for the receiver to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message/contact for the receiver/sender to arrange for delivery .

Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, or any location where the receiver cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Specific Times:
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You many request a time frame in the specific instruction box when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Time:
Monday to Sunday: 09:00-20:00 (after 20:00 will have additional delivery charge)

Incorrect Addresses:
If the receiver’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there may have additional charge for address correction fee.

Canceling an order: Same day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders which already in process at the florist.

Orders Changes:
The make changes to your order please us your TFK Flower account/ contact us by e-mail: tfkflower615@gmail.com. You will able to change the delivery address. Card message and delivery date, you should make these changes at least 48 hours before chosen delivery date.

Quality Policy:
Flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangement are handmade and unique. So no two arrangements are ever the same. Every effort is made orders as closely as possible to the product photo and descriptions, We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations, if the floral package shown online is not available, a similar package will be used, the concept and quality of the item ordered always guaranteed.

Images:
The images we use to illustration our complementary products are pictures and may not be exactly the same as final product. These products are sent from our florists and their availability depends on the season and on stock. Specific color, size and type of flowers and fillers may not always be available. Therefore, comparable substitutions may be necessary. Florists design may vary depending on the type of wrapping material or type of flower that are available.
