本私隱政策說明 TFK Flower（「本店」、「我們」）在你瀏覽或於 www.tfkflower.com.hk（「本網站」）購物時，如何收集、使用及分享你的個人資料。

一、我們收集的資料
裝置資料（自動收集）
當你瀏覽本網站，我們會自動收集有關你裝置的資料，包括瀏覽器類型、IP 位址、時區、以及裝置上的部分 Cookie。你瀏覽期間，我們亦會收集你查看過的頁面及產品、把你帶來本網站的網站或搜尋字詞、以及你與本網站互動的方式。
訂單資料
當你落單或嘗試落單，我們會收集：姓名、帳單地址、送貨地址、付款資料、電郵地址、電話號碼，以及你提供的收花人姓名、收花人電話、送貨地址、心意卡內容及送遞指示。
請注意：如你提供第三者（收花人）的姓名、電話及地址，即表示你已獲得對方同意，或有合理理由代其提供該等資料。
付款資料
付款由 Shopify Payments 及其他支付服務供應商處理。本店不會儲存你的完整信用卡號碼。信用卡資料在網絡傳輸過程中一律加密。

三、Cookie 及追蹤技術
我們使用以下技術：

This Privacy Policy describes how TFK Flower ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.tfkflower.com.hk (the "Site").

1. Information we collect
Device information (collected automatically) — browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies on your device, pages and products viewed, referring sites or search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Order information — name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email, phone number, plus the recipient's name, phone, delivery address, card message and delivery instructions that you provide.
Please note: by giving us a third party's (the recipient's) details, you confirm you have their consent or a reasonable basis to provide them.
Payment — handled by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your full card number. Card data is encrypted in transit.
2. How we use it
- To process and fulfil your order (payment, delivery, confirmations, invoices)
- To contact you or the recipient about the order
- To screen for risk and fraud
- To improve and optimise the Site
- To measure advertising performance
- Where you have agreed, to send you product or promotional information (you may unsubscribe at any time)
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
- Cookies — small files with an anonymous identifier. You may disable them in your browser (see allaboutcookies.org), though features such as the shopping cart may stop working.
- Log files — IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, date and time stamps.
- Web beacons, tags and pixels — electronic files recording how you browse the Site.
- Session recording and heatmaps — we record anonymised interaction such as mouse movement, clicks and scrolling to understand usage and improve the interface. These recordings are not designed to capture what you type into input fields.
4. Third-party services

5. Behavioural advertising

6. Do Not Track
We do not currently alter our data practices in response to a Do Not Track signal.
7. Data retention
We keep order information for our records until you ask us to delete it. Some transaction records may be kept longer where accounting or legal requirements apply.
8. Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity first.
9. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
