網上訂花可以即日送達嗎？Can I order flowers online for same-day delivery?

可以，而且冇死板嘅截單時間。喺產品頁揀「今日」，系統會即時計出當刻仲趕得切嘅時段 —— 趕唔切嘅會自動收起，所以你見到嘅時段就一定送到。如果標準時段已經冇位，仲有「加急單 · 2 小時內送達」（18:30 前落單，+HK$150）。

Yes — and there is no fixed cut-off. Pick “today” and the page recalculates which slots are still reachable, hiding anything we can't make. If they're gone, rush delivery is available until 18:30.

可以指定送花時段嗎？Can I choose a delivery time slot?

可以。日間 10:00–18:00 免附加費；早晨、晚間、特晚設時段附加費（見上表）。如果要準時喺某 30 分鐘之內送到，揀咗日間時段之後可以加購「指定 30 分鐘」服務。

Yes. Standard daytime is free; early, evening and late-night slots carry the surcharges above. An exact 30-minute window can be added to any daytime slot.

我哋係香港網上花店，設紅磡工作室，唔設門市。所有花束由花藝師每日新鮮製作，製好即刻派送。

We're an online florist with a studio in Hung Hom — no shopfront. Every bouquet is arranged fresh each day and sent out the moment it's finished.

我點知花送到咗？花唔啱點算？How do I know it arrived — and what if something's wrong?

出貨前我哋會影相，WhatsApp 傳俾你過目；送達後亦可以要求回相。收到花之後有任何問題，WhatsApp 9080 9776 隨時搵到我哋，我哋會即時跟進。
